A Perfect Plan

Hallo liebe Leute!

Well this has been a crazy week.

On Thursday we had another incredible lesson with Alex and Galina. They asked US what more they could do to help the ward out and be more active in it. We had a nice discussion about the power of prayer, and it was really awesome. As both Elder Christensen and I gave testimony of prayer and how it has helped us in our lives, the Spirit was really strong. Alex and Galina are such incredible people, and I am grateful that I have been able to get to know them.

On Saturday I got the call that I would be transferred to Frankfurt. That was pretty darn unexpected and I was hoping to be able to spend the rest of my mission in Essen. But I am also really excited to be here in Frankfurt. I am actually serving with Elder Urban again, who I was companions with in Darmstadt for two transfers last year. So that was also pretty unexpected to say the least, but I am so excited for us to be able to work together again!

Saturday and Sunday was Stake Conference in Dortmund, so I got to see some member friends in Dortmund which was cool. I love reunions!

The past week has been pretty crazy, especially with transfers and leaving Essen, new missionaries coming in, and the missionaries leaving the mission. During this time I have learned even more about how perfect God's plan is for each one of us.

It was pretty hard to leave Essen and say goodbye to Elder Christensen and the couple members I had gotten really close to. But I came to remember how God's plan for each one of us is so incredibly perfect. No matter how difficult our lives may be, and no matter what challenges we go through, there is always something for us to learn and a way we can grow. The experiences we have are perfect for us in order for the Lord to develop us into the people He wants us to become. Live everyday with that knowledge. That you are of divine potential, that you are worth more than you can imagine, and that God has a perfect plan for you.

I love you all, see you next week!
